(Click since the image is bigger than it is, image is taken from Warhammer Newsletter so the credit goes to them) Everyone in the Warhammer Universe is excited about this since in that place, Tomb Kings are a different faction from the Empire, Chaos, Elves, Dark Elves, Dwarves & Greenskins. Tomb Kings are known for their undead armies and magic. From what I read, they dont miscast magic at all. Makes sense since they are undead. They are completely different from another undead faction in Warhammer called the Vampire Counts.

As I was just transferring some of my booty into gold by auctioning them off in the Inevitable City, I just decided to check out the whole place to see what the locals are like…
First stop is visiting the throne of Tcha’zanek. Mr Goat-shoes himself and his queen Morathi (yow).
From HammerWiki : Warlord Tchar’zanek is a mighty Champion of Tzeentch, and leader of the Chaos warhost and the elite Raven Host, which is invading the Empire. His origins are shrouded in mystery (most likely not finished yet by the writers lol)

Works well with a little mutated Truffle oil and half poisonous mushrooms!

At least the Destro side on the Monolith server are competent enough to take over Altdorf. The Order side cannot work together. To take over a city, there is a small list of Public Quests that need to be done within the city. Whichever side finishes first gets the city. That includes either Attacking or Defending the Temple of Sigmar, the Docks and the Lord General. If you die, you can respawn near the City Square or at least get Rezzed by your healers. So far my warbands healers have a hard time either healing (Heh, no healing at all) and would only Rez you if you are nearby (like a couple of steps away) No wonder we lost the city. I just gave up after running back and fort from the respawn spot because Destro was blocking our way to where the fights are. Pointless fighting for a bunch of healers who don’t heal.
No wonder Destro got Altdorf so easily.
For my rank 20 Knight of the Blazing Sun – Cristobal (Yeah I’m trying to make him look someone with a Spanish Inquisition feel), I finally got the helmet that doesn’t make him look like a nazi from World War 1. Check it out.
Pretty impressive class, can manage to survive skirmishes. His bane is probably long distance attacks.

Altdorf taken over by Destruction? Quick, sabotage the toilets!

So I just logged and in and decided to take a look at the fine wares at the Auctioneer when I suddenly found out that all flights to Altdorf are not running. Invasion!
From what I heard, this is the first time they ever did something like this on the Monolith server so off we go to defend the capital. I got there by flying to the closest war camp which is in Reikland.
After 30 minutes of urban-fighting and several deaths, I managed to accumulate 2 Invader Crests which can be converted and exchanged for more stuff. The minions were annoying. They keep de-spawning and spawning near the barracks. In the end we managed to finish this Public Quest which stopped Destro from spawning the enemy players.
Not bad, Destro managed to take over the city and hold it for 30 minutes.
As it is my first time in Tier 4 Realm vs Realm combat, I just realized that Choppaz are way-overpowered. Lets say I won’t last long as a White Lion in the midst of 2-3 Choppaz.
My White Lion currently ranks 32. My reknown rank is 26. I need one more ranks to be able to use the RVR rewards outfit from Tier 3. So far I’m having fun getting zerged by Destruction.

After hitting rank 31 with my White Lion, I started noticing my pet is sporting new armor pieces every time I summon him. Must be sneaking gold out of my purse when I go to sleep…
I managed to get my Reknown points at level 23. Hopefully I can get it as close to 27 by the time I’m rank 32 or else I will turn into a chicken in the Tier 3 zones. I have 3 Devastator armor pieces. The boots (wearable at Reknown rank 23) , the helmet (wearable at Reknown rank 25) and the body piece (wearable at Reknown rank 26). I think I’ll be in tier 4 zones soon since I can’t contribute if I’m turned into a chicken. Feels awkward to go to an RVR zone with a warband and you’re walking as a chicken.

While relaxing my brains from the sudden surge of annoying clients and work, I came back to working on the RVR points of my rank 29 White Lion. Sigh… Rank 29 and his RVR rank is only 16. Yeah I wasn’t into PVPing before but you do need it especially if you want to get the good gear that can only be traded with RVR points. I managed to get to 18 after a couple of nights and even got couple of Massive Loot items during a Keep Siege. I’m pretty much a mad man now with White Lion going after the stragglers who try to sneak their way to a Keep via the Postern entrances. Pounce is fun!
By the way, recently I’ve been getting legitimate comments from people who put their website links to some online gambling sites, please stop doing that, I will delete those comments and report them as SPAM.

Altdorf. The City of Emperor Franz and main city of the Empire. Surprisingly I found the Elven ruler , the Phoenix King Finubar also in the throne room. That does remind me, since there is only one capital city per side , when are they activating the Dwarf and Elven Capital cities?
Nice Avalonian look on the Emperor.
I found this rank 48 hero called Deathclaw, it’s a Griffon and is found at the back of the emperor’s throne. I wonder if anyone has ever raided Altdorf and beaten him?
